Submission Requirements

If you are a C-Level executive or senior lawyer interested in submitting a book idea or manuscript to the Aspatore editorial board, please email authors@aspatore.com with the book idea, your biography, and any additional pertinent information. Aspatore is especially looking for highly specific book ideas that would have a direct financial impact on behalf of a reader. Completed books can range from 20 to 2,000 pages – the topic and “need to read” aspect of the material are most important, not the length. Include your book idea, biography, and any additional pertinent information.

In select instances Aspatore will assist in helping our authors generate the content for their publication via phone interviews. Aspatore editors create interview questions that help generate the main content for the book or article. The content from the phone interviews is then transcribed and edited for review and enhancement by the author. If this method could be of assistance in helping you find the time to write an article or book, please email editorial@aspatore.com for more information, along with your biography and your publication idea.

In addition, Aspatore is consistently looking for authors in several of our series:

Line by Line - Line by Line books provides readers with proven legal intelligence on business contracts. While books in the series run the gamut in terms of length – ranging from 24 pages to more than 120 pages (pages are book size and 5.5" * 8.5" which equals about half a normal page on a Word processor) – each book is a snapshot of a particular contract (provided by the author, which is often half the text of the book), with detailed definitions around what each line means and how wording can be altered and manipulated to fit someone’s particular needs. Previous topics have included "Signing a Software Agreement Line by Line," "Professional Services Agreements Line by Line," and "Outsourcing Agreements Line by Line."

Executive Reports - Executive Reports focus on a very targeted business or legal topic, written for a highly targeted audience. Each report provides the reader with a step by step look at how to achieve a specific business/legal goal (and ranges from 8 to 80 pages in length). Sample titles include “Purchasing Perspectives: A CTO Compares the Top 10 CRM Solutions”; “Exit Strategies for Health Care Companies”; "Options for Overcoming Product Liability Litigation", “How to Reduce IT Costs by 20% By Outsourcing”; “Using Supply Chain Software to Increase Productivity by 30% in Three Months”; “Valuation Parameters for Biotechnology Companies”; “Filing a Litigation Lawsuit Against a Financial Services Company”. Executive Reports are bound like a traditional research report, and pricing is traditionally much higher than normal book pricing (often $500 - $5,000 per report).

Winning Legal Strategies – Winning Legal Strategies books provides readers with proven expert analysis on executing a specific legal strategy. While books in the series run the gamut in terms of length – ranging from 24 pages to more than 120 pages – each book is a snapshot of a particular strategy, with detailed information on analysis and execution. Previous topics have included "Winning Legal Strategies: Overcoming Patent Infringement," "Winning Legal Strategies: Defending a Sexual Harassment Case," and "Winning Legal Strategies: Product Liability Litigation."
